Common questions
- I didn’t get a check-in notification.Check that notifications are allowed for OkCircle in iOS Settings, and that Focus/Do Not Disturb isn’t silencing them.
- My invite link says it expired.Invite links are one-time and valid for 14 days — ask the inviter to send a fresh one, or join with the circle’s 6-character code instead.
- Why does my status show no area? Area sharing is optional. Enable location access (approximate is enough) in iOS Settings → OkCircle.
- How do I cancel Care? Care is billed through the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OkCircle Care.
